In the event of hardware purchased malfunctioning due to manfuacturer defect, the manufacturer's warranty will be used to replace that hardware. Any shipping costs required will be billed to your account.

Due to their consumable nature there are no refunds available for any of the digital services provided by ts².ca or its affiliates. This includes but is not limited to; Internet phone services (VoIP), Internet services, web hosting service, email hosting services, technical support services, application development services and other consulting services.

Typically we will deliver any required hardware when we're performing system installations. Should any shipping be required we ship via UPS delayed delivery 3-5 days.
